SUP experience tour
If you are trying SUP for the first time, join a trial tour.
SUP is an activity that can be enjoyed by people with little experience in marine sports.
However, it can be dangerous if you are not familiar with the equipment.
It is safer if you are taught how to use the board and paddle, as well as the rules and features of the local slopes.
And of course, take every precaution to look after yourself. Once you are on the water, take it easy and don't forget to do your preparation exercises.
